Nanyang food provides us a glimpse into the multi-cultures through its tropical dietary and culinary arts. Geography, history, ethnic diversity and culinary etiquettes converge to become the building blocks of its food world. Each country possesses its own culinary identity a way of choosing, cooking, and serving food. In order to bring Southeast Asia closer to Europe, our mission at NanYang Depot is to promote bilateral cultural exchange and to present a truly understanding of Southeast Asian culinary culture to all Europeans.
