What is 'group-buying'?

We provide a way for people to buy stuff together so everyone gets low bulk-rate pricing while only having to buy one of something. This is called a "group-buying."

 

How does 'group-buying' work?

You order your desired products and we accumulate the item values from all our customers. Once we reach the total item values of 1000,-€, the group-buying ends. 

 

What happens when a group buy ends?

As soon as it ends we total up the number of units purchased through the group-buying and we order that many from the product's manufacturer. The manufacturer sends the units to us all at once in a single shipment within 7-10 days. Upon their arrival, we will inform you for collection.

 

How to pay?

When a group-buying ends, we collect 50% of your order values before we place order to suppliers. The balance shall be paid upon collection. Only cash is accepted.

 

What if not enough people join a group buy?

If too few people join to get the minimum price drop by the time the group buy expires, then no-one gets charged. The order isn't placed and it will be postponed to the next commenced order date.

 

How do I cancel an order?

Just contact us at nanyangdepot@gmx.de and we'll be happy to take care of it. Please note that orders can only be canceled before the group buy ends. We're passionate about bringing quality Asian food to your kitchen.
